October 6, 2023 – (Arkansas Town, Ark.) The State of Arkansas will practice the yearly John H. Johnson Day on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, on the John H. Johnson Museum, 604 President Boulevard, Arkansas Town, and Arkansas State Parks Delta Heritage Path, Arkansas Town, from 10 a.m. to a few p.m. John H. Johnson Day observance will start at 10 a.m. with the John H. Johnson statue unveiling on the Arkansas State Parks Trailhead. Artist Susan Holley Williams, a local of Dumas, Arkansas is the sculptor of the John H. Johnson statue and can proportion her adventure in curating the ancient sculpture of Johnson.
