Alumni from several historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) came together on Feb. 22 at Bergen Community College for the 7th annual HBCU Panel Discussion & Mix and Mingle.
The event was hosted by the Bergen/Passaic Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. (NCBW) and Teaneck Public Schools.
Delaware State University (DSU) alumnus and NCBW member Dawn Tennent organized the event. She was inspired to begin the annual program after the 2016 passing of her cousin, late journalist and DSU alumnus Michael J. Feeney.
