The Mint Museum Uptown will likely be closed till Saturday, Would possibly 27.
The museum made the announcement on its Instagram following a small hearth in Mariposa on the Mint, a cafe positioned close to the museum’s front.
“It caused our hearth suppression device which needs to be manually cleared,” spokesperson Michele Huggins advised QCity Metro.
The Mint will re-open throughout common hours, 11 a.m. to six p.m.
